Personal Care
Medicaid Waiver, 21+
Enhancing the quality of life & offering compassionate assistance w/daily tasks, personal care needs, and emotional support, empowering individuals to maintain independence & enhance their quality of life.
This services includes, but is not limited to assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting medication reminders and mobility assistance.
This service will only be rendered through the Florida Medicaid Waiver.
Companionship
Medicaid Waiver, 21+ Private Pay, 65+
Providing meaningful connections and access to enjoyable community based activities to combat loneliness and enhance one’s well being.
This service includes, but is not limited to activities involving:
positive conversational and/or socialization
medication reminders
leisure and/or entertainment
outdoor activities
arts &crafts activities
transportation and/or errands
physical fitness
cognitive engagement
educational opportunities
grocery shopping
volunteering and so much more.
Respite
Medicaid Waiver, Under the age 21
Offering temporary relief for caregivers allowing them to recharge and attend to personal needs while ensuring their loved ones receive personalized and professional care.
Services include:
Weekend Respite: Providing service over the weekends, allowing caregivers to take time off or engage in recreational activities while their loved ones are cared for
Companionship Respite: Our caregivers will provide companionship & socialization to individuals while their caregivers take a break or attend to other responsibilities
Emergency Respite: This service offers immediate short term care in emergency situations, such as sudden illness or family emergencies, to ensure the safety of the individual
Recreational Respite: Individuals will be engaged in recreational and leisure activities, such as outings, arts/crafts, sports and/or cultural events.
